Our pledge to you is we will treat your event like it is ours. Pure and simple. We pride ourselves on perfection and white glove services.
We highly suggest you allow our teams to do the setup with the white glove service as no one needs another task on their event or wedding. By doing this we come prepared with last minute changes, adjustments, repairs, etc. We will provide “emergency kits”.
These kits are there in case the unexpected happens. Gloves to ensure your white rental is kept white, touch up paint, screws, screw drivers, and pliers, etc. However, we will provide you with a card for emergency calls.
We will do whatever is in our power to please and service you. However, if you have a reasonable problem we can’t solve we will make it right.
