That said, we do accommodate last-minute requests whenever availability permits, so reach out as soon as you have a date in mind.
What areas do you serve for arch rentals?
We are based at 905 Duesenberg Drive, Auburn, IN 46706, and our white glove service is included for all deliveries within 30 miles of that address covering Fort Wayne, Kendallville, Angola, Garrett, Bluffton, and surrounding communities. For venues beyond 30 miles, we charge $2 per additional mile, which keeps our service accessible across the full Northern Eastern Indiana region.
What does "White Glove Service" actually include for arches?
White Glove Service means our trained, uniformed, clean-cut team personally delivers, assembles, and installs your arch at your venue between 6 PM and 10 PM on Thursday or Friday before your event. They handle all staking, leveling, and safety checks. After your celebration, they return for a complete, respectful teardown. You do not lift a finger. White glove is included in the rental cost for our Elegance tier arches within the 30-mile radius check each product page for specific inclusions.
What surfaces can the arches be installed on?
All arches require flat, stable surfaces for safe installation. Appropriate-weather flat grass is acceptable for outdoor events — we advise on staking and securing for these setups. Arches should never be placed on uneven terrain, slopes, or unstable ground. When you book white glove service, our crew handles all of these requirements and performs a full safety check. For self-pickup rentals, responsibility for proper setup and mounting transfers to the renter once the piece leaves our facility.
Can I decorate or customize the arch with my own florals and draping?
Absolutely and we encourage it. Our arches are designed as beautiful canvases for your personal styling. For arches and backdrops, our standard rental window runs from Thursday evening through Sunday afternoon no multiple-day charges. For self-pickup, arches are available for collection between 6:30 PM and 8:00 PM on Thursday, and must be returned between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM on Sunday. Other pickup or return times require advance approval. When you choose white glove service, our team handles delivery and pickup on your behalf, so you never need to think about logistics at all.
