Hassle Free Rental Period:
For backdrops/arches we allow pickup 6:30–8:00 PM Thursday and return 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM Sunday.
Other times have to be pre-approved. There is not multiple day charges.
Wheels and assistance where we have white glove service is not applicable, delivery-setup included.
Please send us an email stating the amount of services/rentals you want to purchase and we will provide you a coupon code.
It will be deducted upon pickup. The threshold is $750.00.
All rentals need flat, stable bases. In appropriate weather flat grass can be used,
please advise us for assistance on staking, etc. Once the rental is picked up,
the renter is responsible for mounting and proper use.
White glove service includes this requirement.
Warning: Arches/Doors need to be installed on flat surfaces for safety.
White Glove service is defined as the delivery and setup of your product by 1-2 uniformed, clean-cut employees at your site between 6 PM and 10 PM on Thursday or Friday. After the event, they will also handle the teardown of the product. We highly recommend this service for our more extravagant units, and it is included in the rental for those items.
